Sh. Yashvir consumer clerk had made a statement that they will issued fresh demand notice to the complainant and as per the said demand notice the complainant will deposit the amount. Immediately on the same day, the complainant name will e entered in the seniority list and will be sent for the release of connection to the complainant.

Ld. Counsel for the complainant of Shri Yashvir consumer clerk and accordingly to his statement, the complainant be disposed off.
