                The counsel for the complainant has  made a statement that as per scheme of the Nigam, the complainant had deposited an amount of Rs. 1,45,160/- with the ops. So, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint further and thus, withdraws the same.  So, in view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn  File be consigned to record after due compliance.
