        At this stage, complainant-Ramphal appeared alongwith his counsel Sh. Anil Munnarehri, Advocate and made a statement that he does not want to proceed with the present case further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied as the matter has been compromised with the opposite parties.  

        Heard. In view of the statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties, as per rule. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
