Complainant made a statement that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and seeking permission to file afresh in the appropriate Forum. He further stated that time spent before this Forum may kindly be exempted and returned the original documents.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file his complaint before the competent court of law/authority, if so advised. Exemption of time spent before this Forum is granted in terms of judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in case titled as Luxmi Engineering Works vs. P.S.G. Industrial Institute (1995)III SCC page 583.The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
