ORDER

            The applicant filed the counter affidavit to the affidavit of SDO Elecy. in compliance of the order dated 27.12.2011.

            Govt. Pleader for Respondent made statement that the respondent will charge the applicant-complainant on average basis for the period 19.12.2007 to 19.2.2008 and 19.2.2008 and 19.4.2008 for four months as reflected in para No.3 of the affidavit filed by the SDO Elecy. on 27.12.2011. Counsel for applicant-complainant admitted statement of Govt.Pleader for Respondent to be correct and stated that the execution application be dismissed as fully satisfied. Such statement has been recorded separately.

            In view of such statement, the respondent is directed to charge the applicant-complainant for 4 months, as recorded in the affidavit as well as in the statement of Govt. Pleader for Respondent, referred to above. The execution application is dismissed as fully satisfied.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. Be tagged with the main file.
