          The Complainant and representative of O.P. present. The Complainant has deposited Rs. 10,000/- and balance Rs. 62,518/- both the parties agreed on Rs. 31,259/-. After payment of Rs. 31,259/- the case will be settled. Both the parties agreed on the amount. The Complainant to-day deposited Rs. 21,259/- and earlier Rs. 10,000/- vide receipt No. A967620621.

          In view of the above terms the case is settled. The O.Ps shall supply uninterrupted power supply to the Complainant.

          Case is closed. Subject to payment in two installments in this month one installment and the 2^nd in the month of December 2022.
