          Case called several time since morning. But despite several calls, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. Case called twice before lunch and thrice after lunch. It is already 02:50 pm further wait is not justified. Accordingly, we have no other option except to dismiss the present complaint in default for non-prosecution. We order accordingly.
