Complainant is absent without any step. OP No.1 and 3 are absent . OP No.2 is present through advocate. Case record put up. On going through the record it is found that the complainant through his advocate filed a petition being petition No.9/19 dated 19/01/2019 stating that due to ill health of the complainant he is not willing to proceed with the case further. Seen the petition, on the strength of this petition the case is droped and disposed off accordingly. Inform the parties accordingly.
