                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.40 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant and also on behalf of the OP no. 1.

                        The present complaint was filed by the complainant on 08.09.2014 and since then this complaint is pending for notice to OP no. 2 but notice to OP no. 2 could not be issued for want of registered cover.  The case has been adourned several times till date for filing of the registered cover for notice to the OP no. 2 but the complainant or her counsel has failed to comply with the order.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue her complaint.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order.    File be consigned to the records.
