                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has already availed several opportunities including four last opportunities for his evidence but has failed to lead any evidence and today none has appeared on his behalf. On the previous two dates, it was made clear to the complainant that in case evidence is not produced on the next date of hearing, evidence of complainant shall be deemed to be closed. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
