On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that Court notice was sent to the complainant but returned with remark no such person resided at that address mentioned in the complaint and appearance has not been entered by the complainant after March, 2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
