                   Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of complainant despite Court notice. It is already 03.30 p.m. No intimation is received regarding the absence of complainant.  Further wait is not possible.  It seems that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  So, the present complaint is dismissed in default.   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
