Present:        None for complainant.

                    Sh. M.L. Sardana, Advocate for OPs.

                   

                    Case called repeatedly since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of complainant.  The case is at the stage of arguments. Perusal of case file reveals that learned counsel for complainant is not advancing arguments in the case since last many dates. On the other side, Ld. counsel for OPs has opposed the same. It is 3.50 p.m.  Further wait seems not to be justified. As such, finding no justification in further adjourning the case, the complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
