                   During course of hearing on admission of the complaint it revealed that the complainant and opposite party reside and carry business at Nangal Raya, Police Station Mayapuri New Delhi. The cause of action also arose there. Therefore, this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to try the complaint. The District Consumer Forum south west has territorial jurisdiction to entertain and try the complaint. Therefore, complaint be returned to the complainant for presentation before competent Forum of jurisdiction.
