                        Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, counsel for the complainant made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
