          Kishori Lal has made statement (Annexure-1) that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Narnaul in view of the decision rendered by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Indian Machinery Company Versus M/s. Ansal Housing and Construction Limited I (2016) CPJ 15 (SC). The statement is accepted. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn accordingly.
