                        Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.40 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.  From the perusal of the zmini orders, we found that since 18.09.2015 the complainant is not appearing in this case except after one year on 29.09.2016 and thereafter complainant never appeared in this case.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint.  No further adjournment is justified in the absence of the complainant.  The complaint of the complainant is dismissed for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the records.
