Compalinant appeared before the commisssion and submitted that Rs. 2,50,000 has been credited in this acount. The amount is sattlement has already been  credited in the bank acoount of complainant as per statment of complainant and bank received filed by him. In this case alongwith his attendence.So there is no need to further continue this case.
