                        Sh.Gulshan Chawla, Adv. for opposite party.

                        File taken up today on the application of ld. Counsel for the complainant for settlement of case. Ld. Counsel for the opposite party made a statement that in the present case, full & final settlement has been effected with the complainant in Rs.363000/- and the payment will be made to the complainant within 60 days. 

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly.

                        In view of the statements made above, present complaint stands disposed of with direction to the opposite party to make the alleged payment of Rs.363000/-(Rupees three lac sixty three thousand only) to the complainant within 60 days from the date of order, failing which opposite party shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% p.a. on the alleged amount from the date of order. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements.

                        Copies of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs.                              File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
