                   Learned counsel for the revisionist has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file afresh revision petition.

2.                Heard. Present revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in pursuance of the respective statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist petition. However, limitation would not be a rider in filing the fresh revision petition. File be consigned to the records.
