COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 35 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019.

Present:-      Shri Rakesh Aggarwal, Authorised representative of the complainant.

                   Shri Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate, counsel for OP.

Today the case is fixed for arguments. However the Authorised Representative of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, has sought the permission to withdraw the present case with liberty to file it afresh with some additional facts. The statement made by Authorised Representative is reproduced as under:-

                                “Stated, on the instructions of the Complainant that the Complainant intends to withdraw the present case with liberty to file it afresh with some additional facts. It is prayed that permission may be granted to withdraw the present case to file it afresh with some additional facts”.

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Authorised Representative of the complainant, the complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.                                     

                  

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
