             None for the appellant.

             This appeal is pending since 10.10.2016.  Still no pre-deposit receipt has been filed. Counsel for appellant prayed for time on 09.12.2016 but thereafter none appeared for appellant on 24.01.2017 and 13.02.2017.  Pre-deposit receipt has also not been filed. It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
