            As per order dated 02.03.2023, two weeks’ time was granted to furnish process fees for service of notice on respondents.

          But the same has not been furnished by the appellant.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.03.2023, without further reference to the Bench.
