ORDER

Judgment/Order:

M/s Wood product India international Ltd, Ruksin complained that the Demand Draft for staff wages which was obtained by its head office at Itanagar from the SBI Itanagar was not honored by SBI Ruksin on the ground that the DD bear the wrong code no. Thereby the firm couldn't make payment of staff wages in time. However by deputing an staff the complainant got it corrected SBI Itanagar.

​In the meantime, the complainant and the opp. party negotiated/solved the case out of the court and withdrawn the case. Accordingly, the forum accepted the withdrawal and disposed of the case.
