Present:       None for complainant.

                   OP no.3 exparte .

         

                   Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. Case called several times since morning, none has appeared on behalf of complainant.  It is already 4.20 PM.  Waited sufficiently.  Further wait is not justified.  It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.  Therefore, the present complaint is dismissed in default  due to non appearance of complainant.  Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
