                    Today, learned counsel for the DH/complainant has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that order under execution application has been complied with. He has received cheque bearing No.199666 dated 26.11.2024, of Rs.76,759/-, in compliance of order under execution, now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, on behalf of DH/complainant, being fully satisfied. Photocopy of the cheque placed on record.

                   In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the DH/complainant, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
