1. SBI General Insurance, 101,201,301, Natraj Junction of western express highway & Andheri-Kurla road, andheri east, Mumbai-400069 through its authorized representative.
2. Haryana State through Collector, Karnal.
3. The Deputy Director of Agriculture, Karnal.
4. Punjab and Sindh Bank, Gharaunda district Karnal through its Branch Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Ashok Gupta, counsel for the complainant.

                                                         

                   Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on technical defect and sought permission to file afresh on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.     

  In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies thereof. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
