          Today, the case was fixed for consideration on the execution application, but none has appeared on behalf of the Decree-Holder/complainant. From the perusal of zimni orders, it is revealed that even from the last three dates of hearing i.e. 23.02.2023, 06.03.2023 and 29.03.2023, none has appeared on behalf of the DH/complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of DH/complainant. It appears that the DH/complainant is not interested to pursue the present execution application. Accordingly, the present execution application is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Certified copy of the order be sent to the DH/complainant, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
