Parties filed for disposal of the case in terms of settlement. Op insurance company has filed a letter to settled the matter through compromise subject to maximum of Rs.68000. There is on objection on behalf the complainant.

The case is decided in terms of settlement for payment of Rs.68000 to the complainant. OP is directed to pay the amount within 2weeks, failing which Op shall be prosecuted for non-compliance in accordance with section 72 of the Act for awarding punishment against him.
