                   Today the case is fixed for consideration on the maintainability of the present complaint.

                    Heard. The counsel for complainant had made a statement before this Commission on 23.2.2023 that due to some technical deficiency, she wants to withdraw the present complaint reserving her right of fresh filing. Her statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the competent authority as per law and they shall be entitled for benefit of section 14 (3) of The Limitation Act, 1963.
