                   Keeping in view of even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs.  However, complainant will be at liberty to file its grievance on same cause of action, pleaded in this complainant before the appropriate Court/Forum.  File be consigned to the records.
