On the last date of hearing, following order was passed by this Commission :-

                   “It is stated that the matter stands settled.

                   Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 have agreed to pay an amount of Rs.11,97,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the complainant.

                   The above statement has been accepted by the Counsel for the complainant.

                   Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 states that for the said amount, cheque/demand draft would be handed over on the next date of hearing.

                   On request, the matter is adjourned to 11.09.2017.”

                    Today, in Court, Counsel for Opposite Parties No.1 & 2 has handed over a cheque bearing No.225005 dated 28.08.2017 in the sum of Rs.11,97,468/- to the complainant in the presence of his Counsel Sh.Ravinder Kumar, Advocate. Photocopy of the aforesaid cheque is retained on file.

                   In view of matter having been settled, this complaint is disposed of having become infructuous.

                   Both the parties will not raise any claim against each other in future.

                    Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
