Following order was passed by this Commission on 28.02.2022:
“Case is called out.
None is present on behalf of the complainant.
According to office report dated 28.02.2022, registered court notice was issued to the complainant on 15.01.2022, which has not been received back in the office as yet.
Simultaneously, tracking report of registered notice issued to the complainant has been filed by the office, according to which, the registered notice has been delivered to the complainant.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the complainant.
Put up on 31.03.2022 for further orders.”
Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant even today.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing this consumer complaint.
Accordingly, the consumer complaint is dismissed in default of the complainant.
