ORDER

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Devinder Kumar, Counsel for Complainant has stated that in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties on 25.01.2024, the complainant has received an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- towards claim from OP as full and final settlement of the present matter and hence under the instructions of complainant, he withdraws the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
