                Sh. Naveen Khetarpal, counsel for the JD-3.

                                                    

         Today the execution application is fixed for compliance of the order.

       At this stage, DH has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the JD has complied the order under execution and he has received the cheque bearing No.624905 dated 16.11.2023 amounting to Rs.69714/- from the JD. Nothing is due against the JD, so he withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.      

      In view of the above statement the present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
