1. SBI General Insurance Company Limited, through its General Manager, Building no.46, 3^rd floor, near Metro Pillar no.129, Pusa Road, Karol Bagh New Delhi-110069 (Insurer of the Car no.HR-05-AH-9393).

2. M/s Bhatia Motors, I.T.I. Chowk, Karnal through its Partner Shri Rajesh Bhatia.

          ………Opposite parties.

 

                Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.
