          Advocate for complainant files memo for return of complaint with liberty to file it before District Commission as this commission has no jurisdiction to entertain the complaint considering the amount paid towards purchase of the policy for calculating jurisdiction.

          Heard.  We noticed that complainant had paid an amount of Rs.36,000/- towards purchase of the policy.  Hence, the said purchase of the policy amount paid has to be looked into for the purchase of calculating jurisdiction.  Thus, complaint is returned to complainant to present it before the District Commission. 

Court fee which is paid here is sufficient to entertain the complaint.  Accordingly, complaint is returned along with documents to the complainant.
