                    Case file taken up today on the application moved by the DH. Learned counsel for DH has made statement that he has received a cheque of Rs.8,75,022/- bearing cheque no.229172 dated 17.09.2018 from the OPs in compliance of the order under execution. Hence he do not want to pursue with the present execution petition and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement of learned counsel of complainant/DH, the present execution petition is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
