                                   Jagdish Sharma Vs SBI

 

Present: None for the DH.

Shri Amit Kumar, Manager, SBI General Ins on behalf of JD No.1 alongwith Naveen Khetarpal and Gaurav Gupta, Advocates

                                              

     Today the execution application is fixed for appearance of JD through warrant of arrest. Shri Amit Kumar, Manager, SBI General Insurance Company, Karol Bagh, Delhi appeared in pursuance of warrant of arrest.

           Shri Amit Kumar, Manager, alongwith counsels appeared and stated at bar that the compliance of order under execution has already been made and an amount of Rs.27,770/- has been paid to the DH through cheque on 16.08.2024. Now nothing is due towards the JD to be paid to the DH.

           Said cheque has been handed over to the DH before this Commission and DH has stated that he is fully satisfied with the cheque amount and he has no objection if the execution application will be disposed of on the date fixed i.e. 20.08.2024. 

                   In view of the above, the present execution application stands disposed of being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room after due compliance. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
