On scrutiny of records, it appears that on 30.11.2023 complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed due to non-prosecution and date was fixed on 06.12.2023.

Today also the complainant is absent and no step taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.27/2021 be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution against the complainant without any cost.
