                   Statements of DH as well as surety made on 12.06.2024 have been perused. Heard on the application for releasing the awarded amount. The same is allowed. As such in view of the order dated 05.04.2024 of Hon’ble State Commission, Haryana, Panchkula, Accountant is directed to release the amount of Rs.633804/-(Rupees six lac thirty three thousand eight hundred and four only) deposited by the JD before this Commission, through cheque to the applicant/DH namely Sh.Sahil Gupta against proper receipt. Present misc. application stands disposed of.   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs. Papers be attached with main file.
