Heard Ld. counsel of the Complainant in regard to the admision of this case. From the facts described in the Complain petition. It reveals that the Complainant purchased the vehicle which later on met and accident. Thereafter the Complainant submitted his claim before the Insurance Co. for compensation and the said claim has not yet been settled. AS such the shows that no cause of action has arrisen till date as the claim petition is pending with the O.P. for settlement.

Under this circumstances, the case is not admitted at this stage.
