As a result of compromise,counsel for the opposite party has stated that in view of the written version para 1 in preliminary objection, if the complainant supplies the documents as mentioned in the letters dated 1.4.2015 and 14.10.2015, opposite party is ready to decide the claim case of the complainant as per terms and conditions of the policy. Counsel for the complainant submitted that complainant shall furnish documents mentioned in the aforesaid letters to the opposite party.

Resultantly, with the consent of both the parties, this complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to furnish the documents mentioned in the letters dated 1.4.2015 and 14.10.2015 within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of order and the opposite party is directed to decide the claim case of the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of documents from the complainant. Copies of the orders be furnished to the parties free of costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
