ORDER:

                             Memo of appearance  alongwith reply to complaint filed on behalf of opposite party No.2.

                             Shri Jasmeet Singh, counsel for opposite party No.1 has made a statement that the opposite party No.1 is ready to compromise the matter by making the payment of the disputed amount.

                             Shri Surender Kumar Mangla, complainant has made a statement that “I am ready to compromise the matter with the opposite party with the disputed amount.”

                             On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party No.1 to make the payment of the disputed amount  to the complainant within  20 days from the date of this order.  Opposite party No.1 is also  directed to send a letter for the correction in the  CIBIL of the complainant.   Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record room.
