  1. The complainant is the SBI Credit Card holder bearing No.4726427984125690 which is the name of complainant. The OP i.e. SBI Credit Card who approved this Credit Card on the account of Fixed Deposit in the Complainant is SBI Account No.36749622 in Vasant Vihar Branch, New Delhi. The credit limit was given to complainant was Rs.40,000/- in which complainant made transaction till month of May/June 2022.
  2. On 24th April, 2022, the outstanding amount was Rs.39,293/- and complainant and complainant processed amount of Rs.5,000/- on 2nd May, 2022 which is annexed “A”.
  3. On June 2022, the total amount due Rs.47,980/- and where the minimum amount due Rs.5,505/- but OP did not cease the Fixed Deposit in June, 2022 nor nay reassurance was made by Customer Care.   
  4. That the reversed outstanding amount till 15th July, 2022 was Rs.53,228.56/- inclusively late fees and other surcharges.
  5. Complainant did not received any information about the said transaction on the registered mobile number and was unaware of deduction of Rs.50,000/- in spite of deduction of Rs.50,000/- remaining amount is Rs.3,222/-, which is shown as Rs.9,131.53/- as on 26.08.2022. The OP is still charging 3.5% interest on the remaining default amount of Rs.9,131.53/- and amount is shown as due Rs.11,221.53/- on 12.12.2022.
  6. The allegations of the complainant as OP charged intent on default and could not produced the relevant documents in view of terms and conditions. In view of lack of evidence and facts of the complaint is dismissed in default.
