Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. Present complaint case was filed on 04.12.2020. Complainant is not appearing since 16.01.2023. Complainant has also not taken steps directed to him vide order dated 16.01.2023. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
