        The Complainant  alongwith Counsel   present. There is a minor error in the complaint, the Complainant want to rectify and want to file fresh one.   Complainant  moved an application for withdrawal of the complaint. Hence, the following order :

//ORDER//

1. The CC/318/2023 has been withdrawn and closed.
2. The Complainant  is given a liberty to file fresh complaint.
3. Cost to be bear by the Complainant.
4. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties  free of cost.
5. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the Complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of order, the same may be destroyed.
