AWARD

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 04.12.2024, the ld.Counsel for the OP stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the parties and as per amicable settlement, the OP shall issue NOC to the complainant alongwith necessary correction in the CIBIL score of the complainant and will pay an amount of Rs.15,000/- as lumpsum compensation to the complainant on or before 27.12.2024 and the matter will be taken up with the concerned ARC in the terms of above.

          The complainant also stated that he admits the aforesaid statement of Sh.Sandeep Suri, Adv. for OP and the complaint be disposed of in the National Lok Adalt.

2]        In view of the above statements, the present complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

          (i) OP is directed to issue NOC to the complainant             alongwith necessary correction in his CIBIL                   score;

          (ii) The OP is also directed to pay an amount of                   Rs.15,000/- as lumpsum compensation to the                complainant on or before 27.12.2024;

          (iii)The OP is also directed to take matter of the             complainant with the concerned ARC in above                   terms;

          (iv) In case the OP failed to comply with above                directions, the complainant shall have the                right to file execution application.

3]   The award is accordingly passed. Complaint stands disposed of in above terms.

4]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
