     SBI Cards and Payments Services Pvt. Ltd. through its Manager, DLF Infinity Towers, Tower C, 12th Floor, Building 3, DLF Cyber City Gurgaon.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                   Today, the learned counsel for OPs has suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that SBI Cards has given NOC to the complainant and E-mail is also forwarded to the complainant with regard to NOC. Now, nothing is due against the complainant as per E-mail dated 12.03.2024 and NOC with regard to credit card No.1890.  On the other hand, the complainant has also suffered a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he has heard the abovesaid statement and agrees with the statement of counsel for the OPs and withdraws the present complaint. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                    In view of the statements suffered by the complainant and learned counsel for the OPs, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
