ORDER

     Vide his separate statement the learned counsel for the Ops stated that as per amicable settlement between the parties the  OPs will pay Rs.8000/- towards full and final settlement on or before 16.8.2024 failing which  the OPs shall pay Rs.10,000/-  within a further week and in case of default shall pay interest @12% on the amount of Rs.10,000/- from the date of default onwards. The learned counsel for the complainant vide his separate statement stated that he has heard the learned counsel for OPs and he admit the statement of learned counsel for OPs to be correct and the complaint may be disposed of accordingly.

     In view of the above, the complaint is stands disposed off being settled.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
